Play on ItchPlay as a daring Squirrel (A. Cornelius) escaping a fated hollow tree trunk to avoid being encased in tree sap amber! Grapple, jump, and parkour around the tree's huge hollow environment and maneuver your way down and out of harm's way!
On AW SAP!, I served as Producer and Lead Programmer, pitching the initial game concept and shaping it around the team's strengths while leading development during a 48-hour game jam. I designed, prototyped, implemented, and polished the game's core grappling mechanic, creating a movement system that served as the foundation of the player experience. I also designed the movement mechanics to work seamlessly together, encouraging players to combine abilities in creative ways to navigate the environment. To support level development, I also developed obstacles and gameplay elements, such as the falling sap and breakable leaves that the level designer incorporated throughout the game.
