On Blood Money, I served as both Producer and Lead Programmer, managing sprint planning and milestone delivery across the project's full development cycle, including vertical slice, alpha, beta testing, and launch at a game expo. I led the design, implementation, and polish of six core minigames that formed the foundation of the gameplay experience. I also built core gameplay systems including player inventory, minigame integration, and selling mechanics, while coordinating development timelines to ensure consistent progress toward major milestones. In addition to development work, I oversaw production pipelines including the GDD, asset tracking, style guides, playtesting, and promotional materials to support a cohesive and on-time release.
